Julbo Drus Sunglasses - Silver Metal Frames with Black Leather Shields

I was expecting another colour. I ordered on the page of the brown glass, but got the black one! I don't have any idea why, but as I am not from U.S, won't have anought time to change it or to chat about it.

The sun galss is very beautiful anyway, so I do not mind to keep the black colour. It works well for very hard light sun.

I bought these as I hike/camp in the deserts of Southern California and needed something that would give me total eye protection during the daylight hours and these fit the bill perfectly! Quality made and they come in a nice hard shell clam case that protects them in your pack. The leather side pieces give great shielding from side rays and fit snugly, but comfortably.

The only caution I would add to this review is I don't use these for driving, as the leather side pieces do slightly obscure your peripheral vision. But for the intended purpose these are awesome. Stylish too.

In terms of the glasses, the quality is perfect, totally worth every cent. In my own opinion, I think they are better for a man's face since they were a little big on my face. Other than that, super cool glasses. The leather shields are really nice and can be removed if you wish.

I had eye laser surgery and the sunglasses they gave at the hospital were not helpful. The Julbo sunglasses were perfect for help heal my eyes. I even use them to go to the desert or the mountains. Best protection from the sun rays. They are not for driving. I love them.
